These terms apply to your purchase of The Mahjong Mentor on themahjongmentor.com (the "Store"). By buying, you accept these terms.
1. What you buy
A digital product: online access to a video course, an interactive Decision Trainer and downloadable guides (PDF), delivered right after checkout. Nothing is shipped.
2. Price and payment
The price is shown on the Store and charged once at checkout. There is no subscription.
3. Your license
- You may use the lessons, the Trainer and the guides for your own learning and print the guides for your own use.
- You may not share, resell, publish or give away the files, the videos or your access links, in whole or in part.
4. The 2027 Card Day bonus
Customers who buy during the launch receive the 2027 Card Map, a short video and new Trainer decisions by email within 72 hours of the release of the 2027 National Mah Jongg League card.
5. Refunds
30-day "Table-Ready" guarantee: use the product for 30 days; refund requests are accepted between day 30 and day 60 after your purchase. Details in our Refund Policy. You agree that access starts immediately after purchase; the guarantee applies anyway.
6. Independence
The Mahjong Mentor is an independent study product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Mah Jongg League. At the table, play with the official card your group uses.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
