30-day "Table-Ready" guarantee

The Mahjong Mentor is a digital product. Use it for 30 days. If your Day 7 score doesn't go up, or it's just not for you, ask for a full refund between day 30 and day 60.

Take the Day 1 test, work through the lessons and the Trainer, and take the Day 7 test. If it's not for you, write to themahjongmentor@outlook.com any time between day 30 and day 60 after your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms.

The refund window

Day 1 to day 29: we ask you to try the product first. If something doesn't work (a video won't play, a page won't open), write to us and we'll help you fix it.
Day 30 to day 60 after your purchase: refund requests are accepted. Send one email with your order number (or the email you used at checkout) and we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
After day 60: requests are not covered by the guarantee.
